Are sheets and blankets provided?
Yes, you do not have to bring a sleeping bag.
For Dormitory rooms you will get sheets and blankets free of charge. You need to bring your own towels.
Private rooms will be made up by our staff. We will provide towels and soap in addition to the bedding. Private rooms only!

Are the rooms heated and air conditioned?
We have a central heating system.
All sleeping rooms are air conditioned.

When can I check in?
Check in time is any time after 12:00 PM (noon). We are open 24 hours.

What kind of identification is required?
Any official picture ID like drivers license is fine.
You do not need a passport to check in.

What is the check out time?
Check out is anytime before 11:00 AM.

Do you have a luggage storage facility?
Yes, we have a luggage room. You can store your bags after you checked out until you have to leave the city. The luggage room is not for overnight storage.

Is there a curfew?
No, we do not have a curfew. You can come and go as you please.

Do you have lockers?
We have safe deposit boxes for your valuables like Passport, tickets, travelers cheques small cameras etc. Your luggage is safe in the room.
Our private rooms are equipped with an Inn-Room Safe (big enough for a laptop computer).

Do you provide any meals?
No, we do not serve food. There are plenty of Deli's around, some are open 24 hours.

Do you have a kitchen?
Yes, we have a fully equipped kitchen.

Are the dormitory rooms single sex?
We have single sex rooms and coed rooms. We always try to accommodate single travelers in single sex rooms. If you are traveling with your partner we will give the same room.

What kind of payment do you accept?
We accept cash and Visa or Master Cards. We do not accept traveler cheques.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation have to be made at least 2 days prior to arrival directly from our web-site or in writing by fax or e-mail. If you fail to cancel your reservation we will charge 1 night to your credit card account!

How do I change my current reservation?
Changes can be done directly from our web-site or by sending us an e-mail or fax.

Do you give any discount?
The rates are not negotiable. We are independent and we do not give discounts for any kind of membership.

Do you have weekly rates?
No, we do not have any weekly or monthly rates.

Do you offer long term housing?
No, we do not. The maximum stay is 21 days!

Do you have parking?
No, we do not have parking at the hostel, but there are many parking lots around this area. The downside is, they are expensive $ 25.00 and up for 24 hours.

Do you have a laundry?
Yes, we have a coin laundry in the basement.
Open from 5:00 PM until 10:00 PM.

Do you sell City Tours?
Yes, we sell City Tours, Harlem Gospel Tours, NY-Waterways Harbor Tours and Liberty Helicopter Tours with significant discount up to 25 %.
